How to Install PRIMARY

If you bought PRIMARY, once you put the game to download it and you have that account activated as PRIMARY. You close the “DOWNLOAD” profile session.

You SHOULDN’T reenter the account unless you have an issue. Don’t worry we will send you what to do to solve the most common problem and you can always contact us in case you need. 

 

This license is to activate in ONE console only. We recommend you don’t erase the game but you can download it again in the future if you keep the account details in your PS4.

 

 

 

HOW TO INSTALL THE GAME

1. Create a new PS4 Profile (DO NOT CHOOSE “PLAY AS GUEST”)

2. Enter the details we send you in the above section (PlayStation ID and Password)

3. Once we are on the PS screen with the apps, we go to LIBRARY (Is the final option to the right)

4. Go to the bottom to the “PURCHASED” section

5. There you will have the game you have just purchased

6. You click download and the game will start to download

7. Once we did that we go to Settings > Account Management

8. And we activate our console as PRIMARY

9. Done!

10. Go back to your personal profile and wait for the download to finish.

 

 

What do I do if I get a LOCK on my game?

This is the most common error that occurs due to PlayStation System and Game updates.

Is pretty easy to solve.

1. We reenter the profile we used to download the game

2. We get to Settings > Account Management

3. And we click on Restore Licenses

4. Then on the same menu we make sure our device is marked and ACTIVATED as PRIMARY

5. If we get a confirmation screen, we select “CHANGE TO THIS PS4”

6. Once we did all the above steps we got back to our personal profile and we keep playing!
